Each season, we craft a special hot chocolate and a special latte that captures the essence of the time of year from the valley, using the finest ingredients and imaginative recipes to surprise your palate and satisfy your post activity sugar hit.
These specials are a testament to our commitment to creativity and quality, making each visit to the Swiss Valley Reservoir a new adventure.
Caramel Apple Crumble Chaos Hot Chocolate
A thick and creamy white hot chocolate swirled with caramel syrup, buried beneath a blanket of gooey marshmallows and a huge cloud of whipped cream.
Then comes the chaos… cinnamon spiced apple pieces, crunchy demerara sugar and crushed oaty biscuit crumble, all drizzled with sticky caramel and white chocolate sauce.
Finished with white chocolate curls and chunky pieces of dried apple piled high on top.
Toffee Apple Fudge Latte (Hot or Iced)
Smooth Gower Coffee espresso mixed with steamed milk, sweetened with caramel syrup and topped with a generous cloud of whipped cream.
Loaded with cinnamon spiced apple pieces, chunks of soft fudge and white chocolate curls, then finished with ribbons of caramel and white chocolate sauce.
Sweet. Creamy. Sticky. Ridiculously autumnal.
The Llanelli Fog
She was meant to be a one-month special, but, truth be told (imagine it in your best Nessa voice), we all loved her way too much to say goodbye!
Our take on the classic London Fog — a creamy Earl Grey tea latte with vanilla and steamed milk — made the tidy Welsh way! It’s smooth, comforting, and just the right kind of cosy to settle into winter with.
So she’s staying put. Tidy, like!
