Springtime Pavlova Dream Hot Chocolate
Our smooth hot chocolate, with a layer of marshmallows, topped with a fluffy cloud of vanilla cream, drizzled in white chocolate sauce, topped with crushed meringue, white chocolate curls, mini egg pieces, dried raspberry, and finished with two delicate meringue kisses.
Sweet, crisp and beautifully layered, like a spring dessert in a cup.
Perfect for warming up after a breezy walk around the reservoir or enjoying slowly while taking in the view.
Raspberry Bloom Latte
A raspberry infused Gower Coffee latte crowned with vanilla cream, drizzled in white chocolate, finished with white chocolate curls, dried raspberry pieces, delicate sugar flowers and white chocolate biscuis for dunking.

The Llanelli Fog
She was meant to be a one-month special, but, truth be told (imagine it in your best Nessa voice), we all loved her way too much to say goodbye!
Our take on the classic London Fog — a creamy Earl Grey tea latte with vanilla and steamed milk — made the tidy Welsh way! It’s smooth, comforting, and just the right kind of cosy to settle into winter with.
So she’s staying put. Tidy, like!
